The Learning Center

Our Mission

The Learning Center is dedicated to empowering students to actualize their academic or occupational potential. We do this by tailoring individualized plans to fit the needs of students, by providing flexible schedules for workshops, computer labs and academic support, and by fostering access to resources otherwise not available on campus. We believe that educational programs and services should cater to multiple learning styles, and that all people deserve access to an atmosphere of respect, openness and trust. Our department is committed to helping students in need of academic support acquire the necessary tools to meet their individual goals, regardless of age, gender, race, or physical ability.
