The PACE program does not take or refund fees.  PACE students taking PACE classes have 3 days to drop a class in order to qualify for a refund of fees. If you drop your classes within the refund time period, you need to contact the Pierce Business Office at (818) 719-6432 for a refund.  If you drop classes AFTER the time period, you will need to contact Admissions and Records at (818) 719-6404.

English 21 is only offered in the first quarter of the Fall and Spring semesters and meets every Saturday.

If you take English 28 in the first quarter of any semester, and successfully complete it, you can take English 101 in the second quarter.

In the Fall and Spring semesters, Math 112, 115, and 125 are full (15 week) semester classes that meet four hours one evening a week (NO SATURDAYS).

The PACE Business (Finance and marketing) program at CSUN only accepts students in the Fall.

The PACE Liberal Studies program accepts students in both Spring and Fall.

Our PACE program is designed so that Pierce PACE students can seamlessly transfer to the PACE Business or Liberal Studies program at CSUN.  To do this, you need to fulfill your general education requirements, earn a minimum of 60 transfer units, and maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA for Business and a 2.0 or better for Liberal Studies. The PACE program at Pierce College is designed to provide an accelerated learning program leading to an AA Degree in Liberal Arts and/or transfer requirements to CSU campuses.  We offer three paths:

  • General CSU Certification/Transfer path for all majors (also offered at Beaudry and Kennedy)

  • Business CSUN Transfer path

  • Elementary CSU Education Preparation path.

PACE offers on-going Academic advisement and counseling by phone, email, or in-office. Please explore the links to your left for additional and critical student information.
