Claudia Ramirez-Yaglian will be the PACE Counselor and she can be contacted by Email:RamireC@piercecollege.edu (Claudia). Claudia will be available from 11am-7pm (last appoinment at 3:30) on Wednesday and from 11-3 pm (last appointment at 2:30) on Friday . Claudia will meet with her appointments in the Counseling Office. Counseling appointments are face-to-face, over the phone, or by email. Each appointment is 30 minutes long. The PACE Counselor is not available during the Summer semester because there is no budget for a counselor. You may do a walk-in at the Counseling Office during their normal hours.

To set up an appointment, please fill out this form and give the following information: name, student id #, telephone number, is the appointment In-Person, by Email, or over the phone, do you have any transcripts outside of our district (like Pasadena, Glendale, or Santa Monica) or have you attended one of our sister colleges, where do you plan to transfer, what is  your major, and what day (Monday or Tuesday) and what time? This is the information that the Counselor needs to help you plan your educational goals. You can also call Lupita at 818-610-6556 but be sure to leave her the above information so that she can schedule the appointment for you.

If you would like to just review your classes taken at Pierce or any other college in the Los Angeles Community College District, to see the progress you are making toward your educational goals, you can find a copy of the CSU PACE Transfer and AA Degree requirements on the Student information link from the main page.  All you have to do is check off the courses you have completed against the sheet to see what you have left to take.  For more information, contact Ryan Son (Program Consultant) at the PACE office (818-710-2532) or email Ryan at sonr@piercecollege.edu

Below are a few links that can help you gather information so that you can better plan your educational path.

We hope this information has been helpful in your planning process.
