The Psychology Department at Los Angeles Pierce College includes the study of psychology and the studies of both child development and statistics. General Psychology is offered for the social science major as a preparation for future psychology, sociology, anthropology, and other social science course-work. General psychology (Psychology 6) is also offered for non-social science majors. Most of the psychology courses offered at Pierce are transferable to the University of California (UC) and the California State University (CSU) systems. |
