Terry Danne is presently voice instructor and director of the Philharmonic Choir at Pierce College. As founder and director of the Premiere Chorale, he has had extensive conducting experience in both the choral and instrumental fields.
Upon receiving his Master's Degree from Indiana University, he served as assistant conductor to Roger Wagner, and as guest director in residence at USC, UCLA, Claremont College and California State University at Humboldt. His group, the Cormen, produced by Walter Gould of Century Artists, gained national attention with a year's tour of the United States and the Orient.
Mr. Danne has served as Director of the Idyllwild Community of the Performing Arts for USC and Supervisor of Choral Conductors for the City of Los Angeles. He is the founder/director of Youth Musical Productions and the Premiere Chorale and has appeared as Conductor at the Greek Theater, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Avery Fisher Hall and Century City's Joy to the World.
