Ann Marie is a former Pierce College student who went on to work and teach here. She also attended CSU Northridge and CSU Los Angeles, earning her bachelor's degree in Flute Performance and her master's in Commercial Music - Composition and Arranging. She was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate Student in Commercial Music at CSU Los Angeles. She has written commercial jingles, scored independent films, and participated in recording sessions as a flutist and pianist. She and her husband, Philippe, whom she met here as a student, built and operate a recording studio.
