I agree to the above project requirements.  I have received and read the handout for this course and understand the criteria by which the project is graded.  I understand that there will be a one letter grade reduction for each due date that is not met.  I will make an appointment to see my advisor before each of the due dates below.   If my project uses an AC line cord it must be a 3-wire grounded cord with the ground attached to the metal case of the transformer and metal project case.  I MUST have any AC operated projects inspected by the instructor before power is applied.  If I have any doubts about safety, I will ASK!  I agree to submit this contract to obtain advisor’s initials by each due date, as indicated below.  I understand that it is my responsibility to drop if I choose not to attend, and that the instructor will NOT drop me.
